Organo Gold Vs SereniGy

Ok, so I'd like to start out by saying that I am NOT a distributor with either of these companies but I do see some advantages and disadvantages to both, and that is what this post is about!

Organo Gold Vs SereniGy.

Well unless you have been living under a Rock for the last 3 years, you may not have heard of Organo gold. They have been having some tremendous record breaking growth over the last 3 years... HOWEVER:
In my humble opinion that works for and against them. here is why:
You will attract a lot of people to you because of it's popularity BUT a lot of seasoned veterans see the explosive incomes and growth that the founding members had and they say to themselves " If only I had got started with OG when Holton buggs, Jose Ardon, John Sachtouras, david Imonitie did, I'd be making over 100k a month too"

Becasue lets face it, timing is everything! in my opinion IF YOU WERE TO GET ANY OF THOSE GUYS I JUST MENTIONED AND GOT THEM STARTED IN OG RIGHT NOW, WOULD THEY REALLY BE MAKING 200K, 300K, OR 600K A MONTH IN 3 YEARS LIKE THEY ARE NOW?.....  The answer is defenitely NO!!

Now that is not to say that it is not a good opportunity IT IS! BUT the ship has left the doc for being one of the top income earners and it is 10 times harder to get to 100k a month now then it was for the founding members! that's why I say that it is a gift AND a curse for it to be so popular. while you'll attract a lot of people with not a lot of experience the More ambitious, big thinkers, big hitters will not go there. They will go and find "the next organo gold" out there.

NOW,... that brings me to SereniGy...

a little of history on how SereniGy came about. It starts with it's CEO Jay Noland. If you do not know, Jay Noland is actually till this day one of the owners of Organo Gold. He and shane moran and bernie Chua Founded OG. There were some issues between them and that is when Jay Chose to go on his own and start SereniGy. (You can hear from Jay Noland himself @ www.ogheat.com on why he left OG and let me tell you something,.. it is NOT PRETTY)

at first OG distributors didnt seem to be too threatened by his decision to leave, now however, a lot of those SAME DISTRIBUTORS are either losing their teams to Serenigy or joining SG themselves. I guess they have the old philosophy "if you can't beat them join them" lol.

Anyways I found this story to be rather interesting because Jay Noland had some Balls of steal! if you really think about it, he said that he will create a better company with Integrity and will out shine it's competitor (OG). Now, I am not saying it has out shined OG... Yet,... it still has a lot of work to do but what I find that will appeal to a lot of people is that this is a SOLID company that Actually does have better tasting and quality products than OG AND a significantly more aggressive and smart compensation plan. Here is why Jay Noland is so Important in this equation, Most people do not know this but he is actually the man who personally sponsored Holton buggs (who made over $700 thousand dollars last month) Holton has actually been mentored by Jay Noland since the year 2000. Ever since then is when he started having big success in the industry. Holton actually talks about a mentor who sent him a few boxes of coffee that He didnt drink for a few weeks. Jay Noland is the person who came up with the 4 steps to success and the 4 prospecting questions organo gold uses and has had so much success with, and you guessed it, SereniGy also uses thos 4 steps to success and those 4 questions!

Once again, I am not a distributor with either company and I wont be sharing any direct link to nobody's replicated website either. I am simply giving a very non bias opinion based on my research! some of you may believe this and some of you may not and that is perfectly fine. Anyway, moving on.

So! me having 7 years of experience in this industry I ask myself if I was to get into this industry again, I'd defenitely do coffee, it makes much more sense than any other product out there (in my opinion). Now here is something intersting for the big thinkers and this is the reason I think SereniGy is getting some serious momentum now a days. Mid Range players, people that have made 5k, 10k or 20k a month all of the sudden see an opportunity to make 50k, 100k and beyond. Because they are realizing that There is a "Pre Organo Gold type of explosion" Brewing over at SereniGy! think about it,...

1.The man who trained the top distributor over at OG,  and some of its other top earners, who put the system in place.
2. OG has now set the example letting people know of the power of healthy coffee with a strong system and leadership!
* people are starting to realize that they missed the boat at OG ,... but they all of the sudden have ANOTHER CHANCE with SereniGy!
3. A more aggressive comp plan, better and more products, in more countries already and this in only ONE YEAR SINCE THE COMPANY LAUNCHED!
4. TIMING TIMING TIMING IS EVERYTHING!

Now, we all know the big players in OG witha lot of success, and if I were to start with OG I'd reach out to someone like the VP of sales Holton buggs or the #1 earner and producer Jose Ardon or David imonitie!

So who are the players in SereniGy?

Well there are a few top distributors in SereniGy starting with the #1 earner and producer a young guy I believe he is 28 years old JC Rangel from Los Angeles Ca. As a matter of fact if you look up SereniGy online, youtube google etc you'll pretty much see this guy lol. He is personally sponsored to the CEO and is actually the only distributor that traines next the Jay Noland. JC Currently is a National marketing director with SG, that is the second to the last position in the company. A lot of people now actually refer to JC as the next Jose Ardon or holton buggs of SereniGy, he is the Master distributor of all Latin America. The story of how he actually ended up meeting SereniGy's CEO is actually quite intersting but no time to share that here.

Then you have Gabby Tulbure also a National marketing Director with SG (Came from OG) and she is out of Chicago IL. This lady is actually the first female NMD in the companies history!

Jonthan Mendoza (Los Angeles Ca) is actually directly sponored by JC Rangel and Jonthan was a Saphire with OG before JC Rangel recruited him and mentored him to get to the Executive Marketing Director position in 18 days with over 108k in volume AND break another Excecutive Marketing director on his own team in:

 Juan Carlos Ordonez Houston Tx and Colombia) who actually was a RUBY with OG. Juan Carlos Ordonez got to EMD in his first 15 days and is now the Master distributor for Colombia.


So the bottome line is this, if you are looking for a good opportunity with events all over the US and dont care too much of having the best products or comp plan buy like a company with good success stories, then OG is a good fit.
